Ball Like Kobe
Upon passing Michael Jordan and becoming third on the NBA’s all-time scoring list, Kobe Bryant received a standing ovation. The only problem — if you can even consider it that — was the fact that Kobe’s scoring accolade didn’t actually take place in Los Angeles on his home court, but in Minnesota against the Timberwolves. Regardless, fans and players alike stood up to honor the Black Mamba.
Yesterday (12/19) before taking the court against Kevin Durant and the Thunder, the Lakers — along with Magic Johnson — paid tribute to Kobe Wan Kenobi. Check it out above.
