“Can’t get by if you don’t respect the OG’s”
With less then a week away from the release of his debut album “B4.Da.$$”, last night the Brooklyn rapper took the stage of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” to perform with The Roots. Performing the single “Like Me” which will appear on the upcoming album, the Brooklyn rapper charmed the audience with the absorbing record with a bit of assistance from Statik Selektah and BJ The Chicago Kid.
Joey Bada$$ really captivated the audience at the end of the performance when he raised his hands in the air in support of the protests and remembrance of Michael Brown and Eric Garner. Be on the lookout for Joey’s album slated for January, 20th and be sure to expect appearances from DJ Premier, Hit Boy and Pro Era on the album.
