Well then.
There are a lot of tours happening this fall/winter, and if you can only afford one (considering the especially steep prices of tickets these days), this announcement may have just made your decision a little easier. While Jay Z will be embarking on the national leg of the Magna Carter tour later this year, and Drake‘s Would You Like A Tour? tour just lost one of its key members, Kanye‘s just got a bit stronger. Kendrick Lamar, who, judging by the details available on Ticketmaster, didn’t appear to be a part of the New York City swing of Ye’s first solo tour in half a decade, was very recently confirmed to be a part of the Madison Square Garden and Barclay’s Center venues, and now Q-Tip, Phife Dawg and company will be coming along for the ride. ATCQ, who Kanye admits to being one of his major inspirations during the early parts of his career, will be making these rare appearances at the dates listed below, and also listed are the dates Kendrick will be gracing the stage before (or, hopefully, with) Kanye West. Maybe now Kendrick and Q-Tip will be inspired to let loose with that cut that didn’t make good kid, m.A.A.d. city? One can only dream.
