Below are some additional Sundance Film Festival sightings from the hottest events!
The Variety Studio at Sundance Presented by Dockers had the following talent stop including: Connie Britton, Molly Shannon, Brooklyn Decker, Common, Brie Larson, Rosemarie DeWitt, Lily Tomlin, Jake Johnson, Regina Hall, Vincent Cassel, Billy Crudup, Ezra Miller, Saoirse Ronan, Sam Rockwell, Leslie Bibb, and others. Sponsors included Dockers, Dark Horse Wine, Woolrich John Rich & Bros, and Speck. Spike Lee chatted about the film “Cronies,” of which he is an executive producer. As for his future plans, the legendary director is returning to teach at New York University next Thursday for the 2015 spring semester.
Knuckles Canada, a Canadian sportswear line, hosted a one-of-kind event starring a mechanical beaver. This special event featured two celebrity guest hosts who competed on the only mechanical beaver in the city. A $10,000 check was written on behalf of the celebrity that won to the charity of their choice. Lil’ Jon and Kellan Lutz attended the event.
“Turbo Kid” a post-apocalyptic, BMX-powered, blood-splattered love story that follows the epic journey of an orphaned outcast reluctant to be a hero in the wasteland of an alternate future had its world premiere at the festival. The film was written and directed by RKSS: Anouk Whissell, François Simard and Yoann-Karl Whissell and stars Munro Chambers, Laurence Leboeuf and Michael Ironside.
Grey Goose hosted the Cast of The Stanford Prison Experiment at its Blue Door Lounge at Sundance. Olivia Thirlby, Michael Angarano, Billy Crudup, Nicholas Braun, Johnny Simmons, Kyle Patrick Alvarez (director), Tim Talbott (writer) and more were in attendance. A fashionable Olivia Thirlby later held court casually perched atop one of the lounge couches, while actors Michael Angarano, Johnny Simmons and Nicholas Braun seemed all business, taking calls on the Blue Door lounge’s upstairs balcony.
Adrian Grenier hosted a weekend of events at the Hotel Chantelle estate to bring awareness to “The Lonely Whale,” and to announce the Kickstarter Campaign for a scientific expedition which is the center piece of the film about a lonely whale, which launches February 10. Zoe Kravitz and Quincy Brown showed up to support the humanitarian as the weekend.
Over the weekend, Kari Feinstein’s Sundance Style Lounge presented by Aruba was the place to be. Talent from Friday included: Toni Collette, RJ Mitte, Adria Tennor, Andrew Vogel, Amy Willerton, Bree Turner, Bel Powley, Donovan Leitch, Haley Lu Richardson, Jamie Gray Hyder, Jason Isaacs, Jonathan Bennett, Kendra Waldman, Kiersey Clemons, Lauren Selig, Shawn Hook, Tomas Arden, DJ Spider, DJ Mr Best and Tim Daly. Talent from Saturday included: Nikki Reed, Hailee Steinfeld, Emile Hirsch, Jeffrey Tambor, Sarah Silverman, Brie Larson, Gina Rodriguez, Gretchen Rossi, Slade Smiley, Alison Brie, Amin Joseph, Anders Holm, Andrew Dost, Austin Lyon, Avan Jogia, Blake Anderson, David Zayas, David Henrie, iJustine, Irene Bedard, JR Martinez, Judith Godreche, Keith Collins, Mae Whitman, Pretty Lights, Randall Emmett, Rebecca Dayan, Scott Krinsky, Stef Dawson, Tom Cavanaugh and Molly Shannon. They were given a 3-night stay in Aruba with round trip airfare, Eb5 anti-aging skin and body care treatments, items from Coolway, wireless home security cameras from NetGear, portable charging stations from Innergie, wax and body care kits from LunchBox, Jet Belts, GNU/ Libtech designer snowboards, and hand knit winter accessories from The Third Piece.

This weekend celebrity hotspot 1OAK took over the Sundance Film Festival with a Pop-up location on Main Street. Hosting a series of events including the Tinder/VOCO party at 1OAK Park City Presented by Flaunt Magazine stars like Harvey Weinstein, Alexander Skarsgard, Margot Robbie, Adrian Grenier, Emile Hirsch, Kellan Lutz, Kid Cudi, Chanel Iman and Gabriella Wilde came out to have some fun. Alexander Skarsgard, Margot Robbie and AdrianGrenier all were spotted sipping cocktails while listening to the sounds of DJ Jus Ske. The next night, Kellan Lutz was seen dancing with a bevvy of models to DJ Mel Debarge while Quincy Combs hung with pals at a private table. Guests were surprised when Ghostface Killah and Raekwon of the Wu Tang Clan gave a surprise performance.
Michael Shannon and director Ramin Bahrani were joined by additional celebrity guests Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Norman Reedus, Andrew Lincoln, and Laurie Holden, Annaleigh Tipton, Rebecca Dayan, Julie Mond and Neil Dodson for the “99 Homes” dinner at the The Sabra Hummus House Independent Filmmaker Salon.
