M.I.A. is about to shake up the fashion world with her release of inspired Versace clothing. It seems like bootlegging high-end designer brands have become a trend for the street designers. M.I.A. is known for building controversy surrounding the album, which will be called, ‘Matangi.‘ So she took it upon herself to remix the iconic brands designs.

The collection will include a lot of golden designs with remixing of the famous Versace logo, all over print button-ups, and trousers. For the women all over print Sanskrit spandex and patterned dresses.

Donatella Versace tells Women’s Wear Daily, “I adore the energy of the street, so when M.I.A. proposed to expose the issue of counterfeit Versace pieces by creating a collaboration inspired by these items, I thought it was an incredible idea.”

You can expect the M.I.A. x Versus Versace line to be out October 16.
