With NBA All Star Weekend in New York City and coincidentally happening during Fashion Week, it’s only right that hoops and style collided.

Former New York Knick and current Cleveland Cavalier swingman J.R. Smith was crowned the winner of the first-ever NBA fashion show. The shooting guard took home a diamond bowtie and bragging rights as the league’s best dressed.

The Dallas Mavericks’ Chandler Parsons joined Smith in the final round of the competition that aired as an hour-long special on TNT Saturday night as part of the network’s broadcast coverage of NBA All-Star 2015.

Other participants in the fashion show shin-dig were the Houston Rockets’ James Harden, Klay Thompson of the Golden State Warriors, the Atlanta Hawks’ Jeff Teague, Sacramento Kings’ DeMarcus Cousins and the newly crowned Sprite Slam Dunk champ Zach LaVine of the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The ballers were joined on the runway with IMG models Erin Heatherton, Chanel Iman, Rachel Hilbert and Shanina Shaik.
