It seems like Blended Babies is ahead of the game yet again. This time, they’re doing some spring cleaning while we’re all complaining about winter. “On My Own” was previously recorded in Chicago, remixed in Los Angeles, and now sees the light of day. Lorine Chia recorded her hook in L.A. once it was taken out to be finished. The laid back production sounds like it was created in L.A. and mastered in Chicago. The Cool Kids touch on some deeper subjects that show a more mature side, but that’s not to say that they were immature before. Here’s to more work from every artist a part of this track.
