Ty Dolla $ign‘s Beach House 2 stood out from the competition this summer thanks to some of its explicit lyrical content and its outstanding production. It continues to rack up spins in clubs and cars all over the country. Today, the Los Angeles crooner released visuals for one of the better songs from the mixtape, “Paranoid.”
Falling right into the Halloween spirit of the season, the Ethan Lader video combines some of the best thematic sequences from Paranormal Activity, Sinister, and a variety of vampire movies. It is a grainy look inside the home of the singer, who was recently murdered by two of his devilish, creepy jewel eyed vixens. At one point there is the use of a night-cam footage, which adds the overall terror factor. B.o.B probably regrets accepting the Ty’s invite to his house party, cause he also succumbed to the femme fatale’s poisonous charm and seductive looks. Overall, it is a great interpretation of the theme of the song, which details multiple girls attempting to catch their cheating man in the act–causing the singer to be on edge.
