Bobbi Kristina's Family Say Their Goodbyes At The Hospital - FILE PHOTOS

From the moment she was born, Bobbi Kristina was automatically a fixture in the public eye. She was unable to escape the spotlight that followed her parents who eclipsed to stardom before she was even born, and throughout her entire childhood. In recent years, she was also unable to escape the same melancholy clouds that haunted her mother who always seemed to been in search of “the greatest love” that she sang about in countless songs like, “You give good love”. The theme of Whitney’s music and her relationship with Bobbi Kristina was always love. Without question, Bobbi Kristina was undoubtedly loved by her mother, and Whitney never missed a birthday or the chance to tell her daughter how much she loved her.

In 201O, at a concert in Australia Whitney serenaded Bobbi Kristina with a birthday medley and her favorite song “Who would imagine a king” from The Preacher’s Wife.

It seems that after Whitney’s death, Bobbi Kristina struggled with losing that love that she had always depended on, and making sense out of a life without her mother. Somehow the reality of grief and its psychological effects was never really factored into Bobbi Kristina’s struggles or dependencies. In a world where emotional and mental health is stigmatized, the question of why Bobbi Kristina may have subdued her sadness through unhealthy means has always been brushed aside. Instead, she seems to be constantly ridiculed and criticized. Bobbi Kristina has been determined to prove to the world that she was worthy, had a purpose, and gifts of her own that she would one day share with the world. In recent years the Atlanta native pursued acting and trained with an acting coach. She was also eager to record an album; reaching out to Neyo, Wiz Khalifa, Missy Elliot, and Timbaland on Twitter.

We at TheSource.com continue to lift Bobbi Kristina up in prayer, and we extend our love to her and her entire family.
