DC’s Eco-friendly festival is back and the line-up is a must see!

Debuting back in 2013, Broccoli City Festival was created with the presence in mind to change the perception people had about being per se, “Eco-Friendly”. After two years of being successful and even taking the show on the road (L.A last year), this festival has turned into an all out celebration of art, food, culture and most of all music. Nonetheless, this festival is back in it’s birth place and set to be the talk of the town in a major way.

Known for it’s mixture of indie and major acts, Broccoli City Festival has announced five acts that will definitely rock the stage at the Gateway Pavilion DC. Brooklyn’s own Joey Bada$$ and Timbaland protege Tink, are set to perform at the festival while Soulection’s own Kaytranada and singer/visionary director Kali Uchis are also on the bill to add excitement for festival goers. But among those artists, the one person that demands attention and attendance of this event is Neo-Soul maven and Queen Ms. Erykah Badu. Headlining the festival, DJ Lo Down Loretta Brown (Erykah Badu) will be there to give fans a crazy experience you don’t want to miss.

Tickets are on sale now at www.bcfestival.com and with VIP options. The festival will commence from noon to 9.p.m in Washington, DC at the Gateway DC Pavilion at 1100 Alabama Ave, SE DC rain or shine so you don’t want to miss it.
