Chris Brown just can’t seem to stay out of trouble. The 24-year-old singer was arrested Sunday morning on Felony assault charges after allegedly attacking a man after a party in Washington, D.C.

According to TMZ,  the singer threw a party during Howard’s Homecoming at at The Park at Fourteen nightclub. At about 4:30 am, Brown and his body guard, Christopher Hollosy, were leaving the party when two women approached Brown and asked to take a photo. TMZ reports as the photo was about to be taken, two men bum rushed Brown to get in the photo to which Brown responded, “I’m not into this gay sh*t, I’m into boxing” and allegedly punched the victim.

The victim is said to have suffered a broken nose and will need surgery, TMZ reports. Brown is still on probation from the Rihanna incident, and if found guilty can be sentenced up to four years in jail.
