This is a no-brainer. Just like most things African American’s are boxed out due to lack of information, lack of finances and barriers to entry to include their criminal backgrounds.  Felony charges are like shackles whether you actually do time in jail or not. Once you have that classification you will be systematically barred from many of your civil liberties. The business of legal weed is no different.
