Sports director Paul Gerkey of Idaho’s KIVI takes Halloween really seriously. So much so, that instead of just showing up dressed like Will Ferrell’s character Ron Burgandy, he decided to deliver his entire sports segment as the fictional character – ad libs and all.

The decision resulted in five minutes of awesomeness and his co-workers being unable to keep from laughing. Gerkey eventually took over the weather segment in pure Burgandy fashion. If this guy ever gets sick of reading the news, we’re convinced he’s got a shot at acting.
