The Spider fires back at Money Mayweather

Last month in an interview with EsNews Floyd Mayweather said he didn’t know who Anderson Silva was. Whether it was a straight shot at the MMA fighter or Mayweather really not knowing who Silva is, is unknown.

Now Silva has fired back at Mayweather on Sway’s Universe saying he respects everyone but him.

Boxers have the great story. I respect for boxing. Floyd Mayweather? I don’t know this guy. Is he Papa Smurf? Mayweather is good boxing. This is my opinion. The guy no respect me. I respect all the guys in the world. Mayweather is a part of this story in the world. I’m part of the sport in the world. Mayweather need to respect this, but this guy no respect nothing. Sorry, but I no respect Mayweather.

Even though Silva is coming off a loss he is still considered the best MMA fighter of all time. In the next few months Silva and Mayweather both have fights coming up against very good opponents.

Mayweather will be taking on Canelo Alvarez on September 14th while Silva returns to the Octagon in a rematch against Chris Weidman on December 28th.

Now it is time to start the who would win in a fight questions between Silva and Mayweather.
