vado-sinatra-coverWe The Best Crew Member Drops Free Project For The Streets

Coming into the game under the tutelage of Harlem luminary Cam’Ron, Vado seemed primed to continue the storied tradition of impactful Manhattan emcees that shook the Hip-Hop world. Six  joint mixtapes and an album with Killa, as well as his own Slime Flu mixtape series, further proved that Vado had what it took to hold the torch for his borough in rap’s ever-changing landscape.

A brief falling out with the Dipset head honcho made Vado more or less a free agent and he kept his buzz alive by releasing freestyles and guest verses, all saturated with his trademark ad-libs and Uptown swagger. It didn’t take long for this output to garner the attention of We The Best CEO DJ Khaled who has enlisted Vado as the newest member of his revamped WTB roster.

With a revitalized approach, Vado has returned to the scene after dropping a number of well-received singles with his latest street EP, Sinatra. Named after the famous New Yorker known for doing it his way, the EP find’s Vado surrounded by some of music’s most reputable names without losing touch of the personal strengths that have made him a mixtape favorite.

Features include Rick Ross, French Montana & Ace Hood while the EP’s production is handled by Cool & Dre, Scott Storch, and the Heat Makers, among others.
