Boaz, junior reid, Beatnick, K-Salaam, jamaica

Boaz and Junior Reid hit up Jamaica to film their latest video, How We Law, produced by K-Salaam & Beatnick. The single is a refreshing blend of Hip Hop and Reggae infused together, igniting all types of energy into your earwaves. the video includes cuts and b-roll from the two traveling throughout Jamaica, getting some original shots that fit the track’s content perfectly. Music videos should tell a story and keep you intrigued throughout, and this is no exception.

Reggae has been fading out of the mainstream light lately, but that doesn’t mean it’s not still being created, beautifully. With the help of the legendary production duo, K-Salaam & Beatnick on tap, How We Law‘s Hip Hop/Reggae combo has the potential to launch the genre back into the limelight it deserves. Shoutout to Rostrum for keeping true school Hip Hop alive.

The track is the first of  Boaz’s next project, not yet titled, set to be the follow up for his 2012 release Bases Loaded. Stay alert.
