Shirly article1A few months ago we were talking to our good friend Mike McGranahan about what we could do to make this a better planet and he mentioned a new technology that had the potential to change the world.  Mike suggested that it was time for us to talk to the mastermind behind a super hot invention that would blow our mind.  Now, Mike is a straight up guy and we were extremely curious about what this product could offer so we told him to set up a call with this person.  The next day he put us on the phone with Shirly Paulse and after listening to what she had to offer we knew she was the truth and had something beneficial to offer humanity.  We asked her to give us the first interview to officially announce her discovery to the world and she agreed.

Now after about 2 months of testing the product she finally gave us a call and told us she is ready to keep her promise and allow us to introduce God’s Gift to the world, which goes by the name of UronimoZA.  We will now bring you the exclusive, long awaited interview with a very warm, talented female entrepreneur who cares about people more than money and that is rare in today’s selfish world of greed and need.  With a desire to win like Steve Jobs and a social conscious like Nelson Mandela and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Shirly is ready to be a global leader and a beacon of light for poor and disadvantaged people looking for opportunities to improve their life and make this a better world.

INTERVIEW WITH SHIRLY PAULSE

shirly paulse pic 1Q—Before we get started tell us, is it true that we are the first journalists that you have given an exclusive interview to about your groundbreaking company?

AYes that is true.

Q—Where were you born, raised and reside now?

ARSA (Republic of South Africa) Cape Town and currently reside in Tokai in Cape Town.

Q—Give us some history of your educational and business background?

AI have about 20 years of experience in Marketing and Business, as well as in International Crude Oil Trading.  I am committed to the upliftment of under privileged communities and am the founding member of SP Woman’s Organisation, a non-profit organization.  I was instrumental in the construction industry in South Africa and have facilitated negotiations among the role players in an Oil Refinery in 2004.  I was the Chief negotiator in various oil contracts between Russia and the East.

Q—What is the name of your company and how did you get started?

AUronimoZA.  I started the company in 2012 when I spoke to a gentleman who had an idea to do something with mobile phones.  I always had a strong business ethic and a relentless drive for success and even though I was never directly involved with technology, I believed that because I was a good leader and great businesswoman with an ever-increasing quest for knowledge, I rose to the challenge of putting together this technology with a small team.  Uronimo South Africa was the result of 2 years of hard work, sleepless nights, faith and countless rejections.  My motto was always “Action is the Foundational Key to all Success.”

Q—Why are you so unique?

AI think it is because I have a genuine heart for the people.  Most Shirly Paulse Pic 4leaders in the world today are just interested in lining their own pockets, but my vision has always been to uplift communities and with this technology I know that not only will I enrich the lives of the underprivileged, but I will empower the talented youth of the world and provide them with a platform to showcase their talent while at the same time ensuring that they share in the profits by building up a database which will earn them a percentage of the profits…profit sharing.

Q—Do you have a patent on the hot, new innovative Technology?

AYes the technology was patented in RSA in October 2013.

Q—How can you change the world?

AIn many ways, firstly, no longer is there a gap between the 90% Ordinary phone users and the 10% SMART phone users in the world.  UronimoZA makes it possible for content, which was previously only possible to be viewed on the 10% SMART phones, to now be accessed on your ordinary phone as well.  The length of the video is of no significance at all.

Shirly article2Profit sharing will benefit the masses and especially those Organisations in need.  NPO and NGO’s will be able to make money through the company’s policy of giving back by means of their databases through the company’s Socio-Economic sphere and also gain much needed exposure.  Struggling schools, foundations, artists and the deaf community will be able to use the company as a platform to show the world who they are and will gain support in trying to build their respective organisations.  UronimoZA will highlight the plight of various communities and make their untold stories available to the world.  We have started in SA and the USA but are hoping to increase this as the company grows.

The technology will also shape the way the world does business since up until now all mobile advertising could really only be aimed at the 10% SMART PHONE users, while the roughly 90% ordinary phone users do not have the features on their phones to play videos and were thus left in the cold.  So businesses will now receive almost 100% exposure through advertising with this technology as opposed to 10% in the past.

In a nutshell, UronimoZA will help the world communicate in a better, more efficient, greener, and cost effective way by allowing it’s users to share multimedia content by sending live videos, pictures and music to all WAP enabled devices on the planet—roughly 98% of the mobile devices on market today!

Q—What is the short and long-term vision of the company?

AThe short term vision would be to get the technology and particularly the Socio-Economic platform established and known across the world.

In the long run the vision for the future would be to make a real difference in the lives of the masses by bridging the gap between communities and change the way the world communicates.

Statement by Charles—Well we are doing our part to get the word out and we hope other journalists will follow our lead.

Q—Can you tell us which major companies and/or investors have approached you about your technology?

AI cannot disclose that as it is confidential.

Q—Did you consider their offer(s)?  If so, why didn’t you take it?

AI am looking for a specific investor.  Someone who has a heart for the people and who is prepared to do something to genuinely help others.  Someone who has success and not money as their main focus.

Shirly article3Q—How do you plan to help others with this awesome technology?

AThrough UronimoZA’s Socio-Economic platform as well as the company’s profit sharing policy.  Through the technology we will improve, educate, expose and uplift communities.

Q—Do you believe in a Higher Power?

AYes I certainly do, without faith I wouldn’t be where I am today.

Q—How hard is it for a woman to start a business in your country?

AReally tough and even in democratic SA women of color still have a hard time getting a foot in the door as so many of the companies still have White men at the helm.  Many doors were closed for me because I was a woman, but I have always been of the opinion that when one door closes another one opens.  I have always had to work much harder than my male counterparts to get somewhere and it has been a challenge but it has made me wiser and tougher.

Q—What are the biggest hurdles to leap?

AOvercoming people’s lack of vision, overcoming wolves in sheep’s clothing and ensuring that I get the right investor on board who shares my unique vision for the company.  It is not easy to find someone who isn’t money driven but success driven and who isn’t afraid to work hard.

Shirly article4

Q—What are your business and personal goals?

ATo really make a difference in people’s lives and to show the world that hard work and perseverance pays.  To give hope to the less fortunate because without hope we are nothing.

Q—Any thoughts about coming to America?

AWell a prophet is never welcome in his own country and America has recognized this technology for the game changer that it is.  While it would have been awesome to launch the technology in SA, I believe that America is the best place to expose the technology to the world.

Q—What important message do you have for those looking to start their own business?

ANever give up on your dream.  Don’t be disheartened by failure, it is there to strengthen you in the long run.  Action is the foundational key to success.  It is never giving up and never losing sight of your dream no matter how many times you fall.  Success is rising every time you fall and starting all over again no matter what the world says.  Success is being true to yourself and never compromising your values and who you really are.

Q—How does someone get in touch with you if they want to know more about your projects?

AThey may contact me via my website at http://www.uronimosa.co.za.
