WTF! Chris Brown cannot seem to catch a break. Despite his attempts to clean up his act, he gets caught up in yet another legal matter. This morning around 4:30 am, CB allegedly got into a physical altercation near The W Hotel in Washington D.C. He is now being held on a felony assault charge. The condition of the other party involved in the alleged altercation is not being disclosed.
