Kanye wants you to look and look very closely at the artwork for his upcoming album.
Kanye West has just been on a tear. His face serving as a facade on 66 buildings around the globe has everyone talking Yeezus – his upcoming album set to hit stores on June 18th. Just last night, we were treated to Kanye West on SNL as he yet again had a dual set, performing two new tracks from the new album. With a month to go, we perhaps get a sneak preview of the artwork for Yeezus.
The art junkie looks to be mixing a little Watch The Throne with simple minimalistic cracks on the cover. Also, take note of the red tape with the title written on it, hinting at the all red Yeezy 2 color-way set to drop soon (the all red pair existed, they were supposed to be released the Christmas after the original Yeezy 2 release but they were shelved). As unpredictable a man as Kanye West is, who knows if this artwork will stay or if he will opt for some changes.
Stay tuned folks!
