Typically, as a reporter, you’re pretty used to coming across crazy video bombers jumping in the background of your news story. You know, the ones that are jumping up and down like they won the lottery; feverishly waving to the camera while mouthing the words “hi mom”; or the ones that run past the camera screaming “O’doyle rules!”

Rarely, however, do we get a creepy guy locked into a staring contest with the camera as the the reporter chats with her colleagues completely oblivious…until now.
