Danny BrownDetroit’s resident hipster drug dealing emcee, Danny Brown, brought his brand of high energy, EDM influence hip hop to television across the nation. Known for his outlandish antics and anti-sobriety lifestyle, Brown has made some serious waves with the release of his Old album last year. Last night, he brought one of the more popular cuts from the project to the stage of Jimmy Kimmel Live.

This was his debut television performance, and he choose to pump the crowd up to “25 Bucks;” a song detailing the realities of inner city Detroit poverty, using his mother hair braiding business as an analogy for grinding. He was joined onstage by songstress, Megan Jones, who took over hook singing duties.
