Darren SharperInformation has been released in regards to the three alleged rapes Darren Sharper is accused of.  He was arrested after two women accused him of sexually assualting them in California hotels, one victim in October 2013 and another in January 2014.  There’s also a pending investigation in Louisiana where a woman says he raped her in his apartment after having several drinks at a bar in September of last year.

Sharper has finally broken his silence, proclaiming his innocence and says he has proof.  The police report was released of the victim in Louisiana and Sharper tells TMZ Sports that a rape did not occur there.

Team Sharper says … the witnesses say the accuser was “following him willingly throughout the evening” and claims surveillance footage syncs up with the witness accounts.

Sharper’s lawyers say the video has been turned over to investigators.

“No evidence suggests or implies that a sexual assault occurred,” Sharper’s lawyer says.

Though Sharper was arrested for the California incidents, he was not arrested for the allegation in Louisiana; there is a pending investigation.  His lawyers say no arrest has been made there because they’ve evaluated the evidence and have decided there’s not a strong case against him.

Sharper is due back in court on February 14 for the California allegations and has been suspended without pay from his position as an analyst with the NFL Network.
