2013 isn’t over for Drake just yet. With the success of his third studio album Nothing Was The Same, the OVO Sounds founder is ready to release four more records before the end of the year. In a recent interview with VIBE, Drizzy revealed that he hopes to drop new music including the highly-anticipated remix to “Wu-Tang Forever” featuring the Wu-Tang Clan and the rare track produced by Hit-Boy “Trophies.”
“Not an EP, but maybe a blog thing like how I did ‘Versace,’ ‘The Motion,’ all those in one night. I’ll probably do ‘Trophies’ and three or four other records,” Drake told VIBE’s John Kennedy. “[‘Wu-Tang Forever (Remix)’] will probably come out with all that stuff—I hope. It’s on 40. He has all the verses.”
The YMCMB rapper started off 2013 with a round of singles and remixes like the “Jodeci Freestyle” with J. Cole and his collaboration with Migos on the “Versaci” remix. Hopefully, he’ll come through with music fans have been waiting to hear since he went on tour.
