Late Sunday night, the first signee to Drake’s OVOSound label, PARTYNEXTDOOR took to twitter to release two new songs. PARTY set off the digital A-side/B-Side with “Muse”, a pulsating track in which the Toronto crooner implores a special lady to let him “demonstrate” on her. He followed it up with “Candy”, a more uptempo cut featuring a guest appearance from hip-hop’s $100 man Nipsey Hussle.
Drake introduced the world to PARTYNEXTDOOR earlier this summer, as the first artist to become a part of his newly established label. Drake starred on the track “Over Here” from PARTY’s self-titled mixtape which dropped in July; a video for the song is in the works. The mysterious two-song offering came with no specific information of where the songs will live, but now that cuffing season is upon us, it’s safe to assume that we will be hearing a lot more of PARTYNEXTDOOR in the near future. Check out the two new tracks below.
