Relative new comer, Dub, definitely has a gift with words that is rarely heard in the mainstream. Weaving together short stories and far ranging topics, he paints a vivid picture of his perspective of the industry, Harlem, and his hopeful future. On his latest track,”Welcome To The Origin”, Dub takes a decidedly in your face approach, refusing to back down from any and all competition. Relating his bars to both heaven and terrorist attacks, it quickly becomes apparent that  he is here for everything, including your lunch money.

He recently released the visuals for the track, which feature an inside look into his world. Traveling through his neighborhood in Harlem, scenes of his apartment and grinding coincide to his hunger for recognition. Dub is definitely on his way, which is validated with a quick listen to his mixtape, Fate All I Know. Check out the video and go pick up the project for some good tunes.
