If it’s not Graffiti taggers running over Banksy‘s “Better Out Than In” exhibit in New York, it’s residents of the East New York neighborhood where Banksy posted his latest stencil for day 10 of his NYC residency. Four local men have covered the artwork with garbage bags and cardboard threatening anyone with a camera. “We trying to get some bread. This is my hood,” said one of the men.
