Eminem sold nearly 800K in the first week of his MMLP2 release – he is now the next artist to sit one-on-one with BBC’s Zane Lowe.
Following the overwhelming success of the Marshall Mathers LP 2, Eminem continues his press-run conversing with BBC’s Zane Lowe – the perfect follow up act to September’s subject Kanye West. In the much familiar BBC Radio 1 studio, Marshall and Zane talk about the concept of MMLP2, his past albums, how he would follow up his first Marshall Mathers LP with this one, why he could never continue “Stan” (but how he wanted to keep the story going), and how the idea of working with Rick Rubin came about. Check out Part 1 below and be on the lookout for the remaining three parts.
Eminem. Zane Lowe. Part 1.
Also worth watching is a live, in-studio BBC Radio 1 performance of “Berzerk”. The performance displays a full live band, something you can surely look forward to on his rumored 2014 worldwide stadium tour.
