We wouldn’t be surprised if Future actually woke up in a new Bugatti.
If you were to turn on your radio right now, there’s a likely chance that you’ll hear Atlanta native Future’s vocals on the hook of your favorite song.
In just two years, he’s already closer to superstardom than some of rap’s vets.
From his single “Karate Chop” featuring Lil Wayne to his assistance on Ace Hood’s “Bugatti” to Rihanna’s “Love Song,” to Rocko’s “U.O.E.N.O.,” hit after hit, Future proves his value in the music industry.
“I feel like I’m going to be here forever,” Future proclaims. “Even without me [here], my music is gonna live forever. I love making music, there’s nothing on this earth I’d rather do. Whether putting it out through myself or working with another artist, it’s an honor and privilege to be in the music industry and I’m taking full advantage of it”
As he prepares for his forthcoming album, Future Hendrix, Future isn’t letting the numbers of his debut album Pluto faze him as he keeps pumping out hits and collaborating with a wide range of artists.
Make sure to pick up the June/July Issue of The Source Magazine on June 18th (On newsstands now in NYC) and read as writer Shaheem Reid takes us into the mind of Future, gives us a glimpse into his recording process and even gets the rapper/singer to dish on his relationship with R&B Singer Ciara.
Cop that.
