Don’t mess with another man’s money.

Uh-oh Wiz Khalifa is suing a promoter for a George Mason University show which was canceled on short notice. The concert promoter, It’s My Party agreed to pay the Taylor Gang General $85,000, but Wiz’s suit states the event was canceled without reasonable notice and no pay. Khalifa and his label is citing that the cancelation was a disappointment to his fans and damaged his reputation.

It’s My Party attributes to the cancelation in a statement to TMZ citing low ticket sales and lack of a signed contract negated the agreement.

To court or to settlement. It’s My Party and Wiz will sue if he wants to.
