UH OH! Looks like the “Honest” rapper, Future, was a little too honest about Drake’s soon to be platinum album, ‘Nothing Was The Same’. Future recently made remarks in an interview with Billboard about how his upcoming album would compare to Drizzy’s, allegedly stating, ”Honest isn’t only about love, but about showing emotion. “Drake made an album that is full of hits but it doesn’t grab you. They’re not possessive; they don’t make you feel the way I do. I want to make you want to fall in love.” When initial outrage of Future dissing Drake ran through the media, Future took to Twitter to say, “Respect to Billboard, disappointed on being misquoted..always love for my fam Drizzy Drake.” Unfortunately for him, Drake is apparently feeling nothing was the same after those remarks, and Future was dropped from Drake’s “Would You Like A Tour”.
So Who’s Replacing him?
It is said that Jhene Aiko, the beautiful voice you hear on “From Time” will be joining Drake and Miguel on the road. Maybe they’ll be performing that fan favorite together, quite the possibility now!
In the meantime, Future is reportedly planning to take Drake to court for $1.5 Million in lost wages.
*turns on Drake – All Me ft. 2Chainz & Big Sean* “I don’t even know how much I really made, I forgot
It’s a lot, fuck that, nevermind what I got”… In other words, I doubt Drake’s worried about it!
