Giants hit the free agent market to help running back situation
The Giants are reportedly looking at a familiar face to help out with their running back situation. The Giants will work out Brandon Jacobs, Willis McGahee, and Joe McKnight this week.
If you watched last night’s Sunday Night game than you know the Giants running game was nothing short of a disaster. David Wilson’s two fumbles landed him on the bench and with Andre Brown out with a fractured leg, Tom Coughlin had to send in the third string running back.
Brandon Jacbos was once an 1,000 yard rusher who helped the G-Men win two Super Bowls. McGahee has spent time on the Broncos and Ravens during the last two years and posted 1,200 yards in 2011. McKnight was recently cut by the other New York team, the Jets.
Which one of these men will be signed by the end of the week? Or if you’re a Giants fan who do you want to see signed?
