Google is at it again!

While Google has been teasing the public with wearable devices over the past year with the introduction of the coveted Google Glass, they have now set their sights on wrist wear. Today the technology behemoth has announced the addition of “Android Wear” to their digital accessory line.

The Android Wear operating system keeps it very simple — providing pertinent information to your daily life in a straightforward way. The operating system will feature a functional touch screen, and will also accept voice commands. Daily events, weather forecasts, messages, directions, airplane times, and even sports scores have all been shown as features of the device with more sure to be revealed over time. In fact, fitness and communication with smart phones are said to be a two key attributes for the device as well.
