Today is “F-ck with Dre Day,” because it marks Dr. Dre‘s 49th birthday!

Dr. Dre, born Andre Young shot to fame alongside Ice Cube, Ice T, MC Ren, DJ Yella and Eazy-E, forming the gangsta rap group, N.W.A. The West Coast group rapped about the everyday life on the rough streets of Compton.

From that moment, Dre has been a great force in the entertainment industry. He has produced tracks for Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, Gwen Stefani, just to name a few. In addition, he is the head honcho at Aftermath Entertainment, having signed Eminem back in the 90s.

The entrepreneur released his brand of headphones, Beats by Dre and has continued to make the list of Forbes’ Highest Paid, including Forbes Hip Hop Future Billionaires. His net worth is a reported $250 million.
