With the new year already in progress and moving at a rapid pace, the Washington, D.C. based restaurant chain Custom Fuel Pizza, is looking to broaden its brand. The company is proceeding with their expansion plans and is set to open in Harlem next week.

Custom Fuel Pizza is not just any regular pizza shop, this eatery offers a do-it-yourself approach and allows customers to create their own pies by choosing the crust and sauce as well as any toppings. The Harlem opening will be the chain’s third establishment and will be located at 123rd Street and Frederick Douglass Blvd. This new deal is a joint-venture between former New York Knicks teammates John Starks and Anthony Mason. The grand opening is set for January 27th.
