Ingredients and Supplies Needed:

  1.  Juicer (Not A Blender)
  2. A Large Chunk of Ginger
  3. 4-5 Stalks of Celery
  4. 2 Lemons (Peeled & Sliced)
  5. 3 Apples (Peeled & Sliced; REMOVE THE SEEDS!)

Before we start juicing, be sure to wash all fruits and vegetables. Juice your lemon and ginger separate from your apple and celery. For best results, stir/mix the freshly juiced produce and consume immediately.
