In light of the recent track entitled “Let Me Explain,” by Method Man, Erick Sermon, Snoop Dogg and RL paying homage to Kevin Hart’s similar-titled stand-up special; we at The Source looked back at the movies that made us cry with laughter to understand comedy’s importance in hip-hop and vice-versca.

Erick Sermon touched on Hart’s influence with the integration between comedy and hip-hop; so we decided to highlight some of our favorite rappers in some of our favorite comedies.
