J.Cole stopped by “The Late Show with Dave Letterman” to perform his hit “Crooked Smile”
Backed by a small string quartet and band, Jermaine gave an energetic performance equipped with intense eye contact as he passionately told women-young and old-their beauty shouldn’t be defined by a man. Although Cole released his sophomore album back in June, the Roc Nation artist is still riding high on thesuccess from his TLC assisted single, which is only the second released from the album.
“Crooked Smile” gained even more momentum after Cole released the Sheldon Candis directed video, which brought about awareness to the government’s approach to drugs. Cole dedicated the video to slain 7-year-old Aiyana Stanley Jones who was killed by police during a drug raid.
