Harlem on the rise, again.
Jae Millz is back like he never left. From the rap battle scene, a TV cameo with Diddy, countless number of mixtapes, to then signing with Lil Wayne and joining the Young Money Cash Money camp, Millz been nice. Since taking his talents down to South Beach in 2008, the Harlem-bred MC has been waiting his turn to blow. Well it looks like the time has come.
In preparation for his upcoming mixtape, 1990+, Millz laid down some new bars over the 1992 classic record “They Reminisce Over You (T.R.O.Y.)” by Pete Rock & CL Smooth, a song inspired by the death of their close friend Troy Dixon in 1990. On this new track, Millz delivers a similar ode. Check it out here.
