Its not the Magna Carta announcement we were all hoping for, but we’ll take it.
Just Blaze, who produced that song a lot of people still remember Slaughterhouse member Joe Budden for, has signed on to be the executive producer of Slaughterhouse’s next album. Responsible for a large majority of Roc-A-Fella’s biggest hits, including some of the most cherished moments of Jay-Z’s discography, Just will be overseeing the crafting of the Shady Records collective’s third studio effort. The collective, composed of Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz, Crooked I & Royce Da 5’9″, hasn’t seen the comemercial success they’ve aimed for thus far, having sold less than 300,000 copies of their first three retail projects combined. Hopefully Just Blaze and his Blazettes can help remedy that, as they attack this album as a group for the first time, as opposed to crafting their contributions separately.
