Chris Brown has checked himself into rehab for his anger issues. But Justin Bieber felt the need to show support for his fellow singer. During his stay in Bogotá, Colombia, the pop star tagged “Free Breezy” on a wall that was open to artists. But that wasn’t his only creation.

While surrounded by security, the Biebz spent an hour making several pieces with his friends including a Marijuana leaf with his native Canadian flag. He also created a shrine to his recently deceased hamster Pac, depicting him in the legendary rapper’s likeness.

Though tagging is allowed on the wall, according to El Tiempo, Bogotá’s Secretary of Government said Bieber’s artistic actions is an offense to the city. Though legal with written permission, the Deputy Commander of the Metropolitan Police excused Bieber defining his tagging session an art show.
