After singing the hooks on some hot collaborations with Big Boi and Ludacris, and her upcoming appearance on The-Dream’s next LP (they’re also going on tour together this summer), Kelly’s album cover art is out, and 1/3 of DC3 is most certainly prepared to provide music for the grown and sexy.  For Talk a Good Game, Rowland is all long hair, don’t care and in not much else aside from a super sheer black top and some classic cotton undies. Following the lead of the first single “Kisses Down Below”, the album comes out June.
