KD is scary good..
Kevin Durant dropped 51 points against the Raptors and hit the 50 point mark with a game winning three pointer.
We all remember the month of January when Durant was absolutely destroying everyone in his path. He averaged 36 ppg, six rebounds and six assists on 55% shooting and put up 40 point game, after 40 point game, after 40 point game. Things slowed down a bit after Russell Westbrook’s return to the line up, but he got back to his dominating ways as he dismantled the Raptors with 51 points and a buzzer beating three to pick up the win.
The Thunder trailed by one with 8.8 seconds to go, and Durant got the ball and did what he does best. He gave the Raptors Amir Johnson a few dribbles before pulling up and nailed a cold blooded three to seal the victory. Finishing this game with 51 points, 12 rebounds, and seven assists, Durant just might have ended the MVP debate with this performance.
Kevin Durant just became the first player in NBA history w/ 51 points, 12 rebounds, 7 assists & 7 three-pointers in one NBA game.
