KD scored at least 25 points for the 41st consecutive time to surpass the G.O.A.T Michael Jordan’s record
On Sunday, Kevin Durant finally reached another milestone in his career.
Kevin Durant for the 41st consecutive managed to surpass the legend himself Michael Jordan for the longest single-season streak since the addition of the three-point line.
Talk about making a case for MVP, Durant was able to tally up 38 points and 11 rebounds with three assist against the Suns.
According to the Oklahoman, Durant stated:
“I don’t really care about it, I wish it was over.”
Seems as if he’s playing the modest role wouldn’t you say? Durant’s new feat is a great indicator of the momentum he is riding into the postseason and it’s going to be interesting to see what else he’ll do as the post-season approaches.
