Nelly, Keyshia Cole, Duane Martin, comedian Kevin Hart, The Game, Mel B and Karrueche Tran joined Chef Philippe Chow and the Mayor of Beverly Hills, John Mirisch, for the Grand Opening of Philippe in Beverly Hills last night.

Following this week’s announcement that Mel B will be returning as a judge on “America’s Got Talent,” the singer was dressed in all black in a form-fitting corset and arrived alongside husband, Stephen Belafonte. The couple joined a large group in one of the restaurant’s private dining rooms, where they enjoyed Chef Philippe’s signature dishes including the chicken satay and salt & pepper prawns while mingling with friends. Karreuche was enjoying a girl’s night out sans Chris Brown and looked happy, according to a source at the party, as she dined privately on the back patio with her four girlfriends. The evening was officially commemorated by the Mayor with a ribbon cutting alongside Philippe owner, Manny Halley and Chef Philippe Chow. Other attendees included Nicki Minaj’s boyfriend Safaree Samuels, Nelly, Keyshia Cole, Duane Martin,comedian Kevin Hart and The Game, who was seen joking around with Hart. Philippe is located at 8620 Wilshire Boulevard and originated from the famous and successful Philippe Chow in New York City.
