On Sunday night Jay Z opened the Grammys with his beautiful wife Beyonce as they performed her hit single “Drunk in Love”.  Jay Z led all artists with nine nominations and later won Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for his hit “Holy Grail” with Justin Timberlake.  He hilariously dedicated the coveted award to his daughter Blue Ivy saying ”Daddy just got a gold sippy cup for you.”

Later on his close friend and the other half of his “2 Kings” collaboration, Lebron James went on Instagram to deliver a special message to the mega mogul.

There were previous rumors that Lebron might sign with Jay Z’s new Roc Nation Sports agency but he’s happily represented by his longtime friend Maverick Carter.  Still the two are pretty close, you never know…
