A seemingly loving birthday message from Lebron James to Dwyane Wade sent everyone into a frenzy today questioning whether the two would continue to play together in Miami.

Both James and Wade will become free agents during the offseason and questions have been raised as to whether or not the Big 3 will be broken up.  Financial implications for the Heat point to some possible changes and sources have said a three-peat could weigh heavily on the decision.  Though I doubt Lebron would really join Kobe Bryant on the Lakers, there’s also rumors of a possible return to the Cleveland Cavaliers.  The main point is this could be the end of the Big 3 and Lebron’s birthday wish didn’t exactly help things.

 

Happy Bday to my running mate, homie, brother, and most of all straight up friend! The friendship we’ve created our rookie year at pre draft camp was pure and that’s why we stuck together from that point on! Obviously didn’t know we would eventually become teammates and do the things we’ve done so far. I came to Miami for 2 reasons. To play with U and to win championships and I can’t thank u enough for the sacrifice you’ve made since I arrived homie! No matter what happens in the future we stuck together like brothers for life.
