Ever since the ball dropped it seems as though Maino has been attacking 2014 and he’s showing no signs of letting up. With his new mixtape K.O.B. (King Of Brooklyn) set to drop next week, he releases a dope new track of the same title. He’s been putting out music consistently in the past weeks and has been able to do so with the support of a few heavy hitters in the game. First he linked up with Jadakiss on “What Happened” and then released a video for “Just Watch.” After that he pulled a full time jack move on Drake’s “We Made It (Trophies)” instrumental to record his own “Brooklyn We Take It” freestyle. To follow that up he got Cardiak to produce the track “Lights, Camera, Action,” which featured appearances from fellow Brooklynite Troy Ave and Philly native Meek Mill. With effort like this and notable collaborations with such big names, Maino is making sure that he does not go unnoticed this year. Stay tuned for the mixtape and check out his latest joint here.
