Big Boi’s got a solo coming, and now some new music.
Big Boi‘s poised to have a big year, especially considering his reunion with his partner in rhyme, Andre 3000, for Outkast‘s 40+ date national victory lap, but he’s also got a solo album coming, which he confirmed last week. His last album, Vicious Lies & Dangerous Rumors, was one of 2012′s most underrated albums, and hopefully this time all eyes are open.
He kicks off 2014 with a wicked mash-up of his previous collaboration with Phantogram, “CPU”, and an interpolation of Sade’s “Nothing Can Come Between Us”. If you listen to anything today, make it this.
There are videos coming, and this one in a 9-part series, so stay tuned.
