Hide your floaties, hide your tubes — there’s a pool raft rapist on the loose!

An Ohio man was arrested for screwing his pink rubber pool raft this past June, after being caught by a child in his neighborhood. According to police reports, Edwin Charles Tobergta was seen, “having sexual relations with a rubber pool float,’ around 1:20 p.m. on June 17, outside of his home while completely naked.

On Wednesday a grand jury indicted him for public indecency, a fifth-degree felony. Tobergta would probably only face a slap on the wrist if this wasn’t his fifth time getting arrested for the same crime. If convicted, he could face 12 months in jail.
