Jabari Parker, Duke (19.3 ppg, 8.8 rpg):

Parker, one of the nations top freshman, headlines one of the most lauded freshman classes in the last decade. Parker hasn’t shied away from the pressure, however, nearly averaging a double-double in his rookie campaign (19 and 9) and leading his team to a tournament three-seed.  The recent Tisdale Award recipient is slated to get selected third in the 2014 NBA Draft, should he declare.
